SUMMARY:Annual Golf Tournament
DESCRIPTION:It’s that time of the year when we start our drive for major hole sponsors of the ISA 2018 golf tournament to be held on June 1\, 2018\, at St Clair Parkway Golf Course. \nI hope that you will support our golf tournament once again by being a major sponsor this year. \nShould you choose to be a major sponsor this year\, we will use your sponsor signs from last year. If you desire to change the sponsor signs and provide your own sign\, please get in touch with us and we will provide a guideline for our signage. \nShould you choose to sponsor more than two teams\, please submit your cheque for the 3’rd and 4’th team\,  you will be put on a priority waiting list to be added (subject to 144 golfer limit) on May 11\, 2018. On that day a member of the Golf Committee will notify you on the acceptance or rejection of  your 3’rd and 4’th teams. \nFor details on our golf tournament please see the enclosed documents above\, the enclosed major sponsor application form with your cheque should be returned to ISA Sarnia Section ( Golf ) no later than May 11\, 2018. \nWe prefer payment by cheque\, if that option is a problem\, then just call St Clair Parkway golf course at 519-867-2160 and pay with your credit card. Just specify it’s for ISA Golf tournament and your Sponsor name and the $550.00 amount. Please check off the “Paid by Credit card at the Golf Course” box at the bottom of the application form. \nThis year we will have a shotgun start for the golf tournament \, so all participants must be at the golf course to start play at 8:00 AM. Starting at 7:00 AM.\, buffet style breakfast will be available. \nOnce again thanks for your support of our event. \nISA Golf Letter 2018\nGOLF applic form2018
